Seed Initiative, founded in 2018 by Daniel Lau with a team of thinkers, educators and entrepreneurs, it carries a vision to come alongside education institutions, families and industry players to bridge the gap by forming a community of learners that will be inspired and trained to create a better future for Malaysia.

Seed Initiative collaborated with engineers and educators to provide tutoring to the B40 community in schools such as Methodist Girls School, St Xavier’s School and etc. Since 2023, Seed Initiative started collborating with Penang Science Cluster to provide life skills training along with Tech Start programme provided to the schools. Together with the volunteers, Seed has also gone into tertiary education insitutions to run English conversational classes.
